Their heart is to see the love of The Father revealed through His presence and power in such a tangible way that the culture around us is transformed.
Rob truly carries the heart of the Father in his capacity as Pastor and Leader of Lamplighter Revival Center. While he knew Jesus from a young age, he turned from his faith for decades in his adult years and became heavily involved in drugs and alcohol and the fast and loose lifestyle that goes with it. As he partied, others who loved him prayed for his return to the Lord and the eventual fulfillment of his assignment in the Kingdom of God. One night during the midst of a week-long binder and at one of the lowest points in his life, Rob miraculously and powerfully said yes again to Jesus. In an instant he was radically delivered from his previous lifestyle.
Ministry doors of opportunity began to open immediately and he began a season of personal ministry to those in spiritual bondage. Having been delivered from demonic influences in his own life, he has strong faith in the Name of Jesus and His ability to liberate and heal “all who call upon the Name of the Lord.”
Barbara was always a woman after God’s own heart in her lifestyle, her passion and her love for Christ and others. In 2005, the unthinkable happened—two totally different people from two very different backgrounds found in each other the absolute love and joy of the Father, fell in love and got married. Barb and Rob Starck continued and expanded the ministry Rob had started, and a few years later Lamplighter Revival Center was born. For Barb, a whole new realm of the Kingdom was opened up for her and she has been able to minister the love of the Father to others with words of knowledge and prophetic insight. Praying for those who are hurting and for those who are hungry for God has become not only a privilege, but an honor and a blessing in both of their lives.

As the second oldest of nine children and the oldest girl in her family, Mary Lou has always carried the mantle of caretaker and mentor. After attending Rutgers University, she became an Addiction Counselor and worked in many treatment and detox centers. She has worked in ministry for years and was the past Vice President of San Diego Evening Aglow as well as holding other ministry positions. Mary Lou carries the giftings of intersessor, teacher, mentor, prophet and leader and does so in a way that is full of grace, wisdom, compassion and the absolute love of the Father.

This amazing woman of God has led intercessory and healing and deliverance prayer teams for years at Lamplighter Revival Center and other places around the world. In this work, Dariea prays in a representative way to be utilized for God’s purpose and listen for His direction prior to gatherings and events; conferences and missions. She prays intently for the Lord’s covering and showing corporately what Jesus wants for the people as this type of prayer “moves the hand of God.” Dariea loves to train and equip people to grow and be healed in the name of Jesus Christ. Her heart is also to teach, which she does at Lamplighter as one of the instructors of the Lamplighter School of Supernatural Ministry. Throughout the journey of her life, Dariea’s question to the Lord has always been, and always will be, “Okay God, what’s next?”

This married couple (going on more than 20 years now!) are the teachers of Lamplighter’s “Intentional Living” classes held each Sunday morning from 9 to 10 am. Instead of letting your Monday-Saturday invade your Sunday, this class shows you how to make your Sunday overflow into your entire week, bringing you peace, joy, hope and putting the super into the natural to make everyday a supernatural experience.
Mike and Sandra have a heart for the Lord, and believe that trust is the sign of a true servant. They were brought to Lamplighter by asking God, “How can we serve the body of Christ?” After knowing Rob and Barb Starck for more than 15 years, the Lord led them to honor the Lamplighter leadership with the “right heart.” As they serve the God-ordained mantel of the house, God will bless it richly.
